BCA BY-LAWS

The purpose of the Association is to preserve and protect the Brightwood
neighborhood of Washington, DC and its surroundings, and to enhance the quality
of life of its residents, protect property values, ensure acceptable levels of public
safety, promote aesthetic improvements and economic development, and to
promote volunteerism and neighborliness among the citizens of the community.
