Dear Neighbors,
The Parks Development Team is launching a new public listening & reporting tool to address community questions and concerns associated with Building VU construction, the new development on the corner of Georgia Ave and Aspen Street. The community report card gives our neighbors an opportunity to share feedback on how our site is impacting the community, and identify any issues that need to be addressed. The community scorecard system has been developed with advisement from ANC 4A, Council Member Todd’s Office, and the Deputy Mayor’s Office for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED).
We invite you to submit your feedback via the community scorecard here: https://bit.ly/3f5z9OO. The system is able to process one scorecard per registrant per week.
The Parks Development Team and general contractor of the project will compile the scorecards and report out the results during bi-weekly community check-in meetings or calls. The first meeting is scheduled for Monday 5/18 @ 6:30PM. Dial-in and Zoom information for the bi-weekly meeting will be posted to this listserv and on The Parks website (www.theparksdc.com). Members of the Development and general contractor teams will be available to answer questions during these meetings.
